I am a Licensed Pet Breeder with the Oklahoma State Board of Commercial Pet Breeders. Breeder license #163. A new law was passed in 2011 for any breeder owning more than 10 females to get licensed. I don't agree about being labeled a "Commercial Pet Breeder" but consider myself a "Hobby Breeder" but to keep in compliance with the law I am licensed. With that being said part of the process is collecting sales tax on sales in the state of Oklahoma. Any sale made locally will be charged sales tax. This ONLY pertains to sales being picked up in the state of Oklahoma and does not include sales shipped outside the state or delivered outside the state. Don't hesitate to contact me with any questions. Any breeder in the state of Oklahoma should be charging sales tax for purchases made and picked up within the state. About Hutsok Maltese, Yorkies and Parti YorkiesMy name is Kim and my family consist of my husband our two girls that are 13 and 16 and our 7 year old son. We have cats, 1 Lab and our Maltese, Yorkie and Parti Yorkie family. We are big animal lovers. Lots of love, time and devotion is put into raising our dogs. We pride ourselves in the care we give them. Each and everyone is important to us. If you are looking for a beautiful, healthy, playful and well cared for Maltese, Yorkie or Parti Yorkie puppy then you have come to the right place. Our puppies are bred through selective breeding to get the perfect puppy. Our puppies and adults have plenty of room to run and play and just be dogs and that is very important to us. They are all raised and handled with kids and are very social. Our moms whelp in our home and puppies are raised in our home. Our Maltese, Yorkie and Parti Yorkie puppies have begun the process of learning to go outside to potty by the time they are 12 weeks old. They are use to potty pads inside. On nice days all the dogs and puppies go outside for playtime. I like to introduce them to as many surroundings as I can. Our puppies are well rounded and instantly become part of your family. You can view pictures of our place on the contact page. Our puppies stay with us until they are at least 12 weeks old. Some may need additional time with us if they are really small. I do ship my puppies but will not ship a really tiny one. I also offer a health guarantee up to one year of age. My dogs and puppies all do really well on this food and they love it. They get the dry and canned food.
